Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine almond flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt and a dash of hot sauce together in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with oil. Coat cauliflower pieces in the batter and spread evenly on the tray so none of them are touching.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn them and bake for another 5-10 until they are crispy.
Combine hot sauce and earth balance (or equivalent) in a large mixing bowl. Toss cauliflower in the bowl until it's coated in the sauce. Taste it at this point and adjust your sauce as needed.
Put the cauliflower back on the baking sheet and cook for another 10 minutes until crispy and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let them sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Yum!
